Traditional approaches to information security are being overwhelmed by exponential increases in access points and the expansion of both internal and external threats. The facts around security breaches are haunting and solutions are continuously designed at the symptom level. Internal threats contribute to 43% of company data breaches. ALTR’s blockchain-powered information security platform isolates and fortifies an organization’s most sensitive data assets, without disrupting existing security investments, data stores, or application infrastructure.
Our team invented a new product scenario for ALTR’s complex process of breaking down secured data over multiple nodes. Every instance of sensitive data access is permanently logged to a blockchain, allowing business users to easily pinpoint and prove unauthorized access, and to quickly produce comprehensive documentation of data compliance. We designed a creating a triage system for internal teams and c-suite members to escalate and cut off threats as they become aware of subtle suspicious inquiries of sensitive data. As we created a new product, UX, UI, and business strategy, we also created an appropriate, elegant brand for ALTR’s C-suite customers.
