The company's complex infrastructure of global analysts and technologists required a product lens to restructure their value offerings.

The engagement with Stratfor was by far the largest and most in-depth initiative with a single client during my during my time at Thinktiv. The project touched every skillset in our trans-disciplinary environment. Content strategy, product invention, UI/UX, branding, analytics, market assessment, consumer analytics, message re-positioning, marketing video, and company restructuring. As we often invent new companies from scratch, it was a challenge and payoff to restructure a company from the ground up.
